Discover preserved fish dishes and natural fish dishes, prepared and cooked the old-fashioned way. All recipes are cooked on the island without any artificial colourants or preservatives, using raw materials from small fishing boats. The sales boutiques are located in Port-Tudy (facing the terminal) and at the Comptoir Groix et Nature (Delicatessen – Bistro – Canteen) on Lorient La Base. Visits of the cannery from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Port-Lay.
